The guarantee in plain terms

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. The device can be used — that is the whole point of trying it. Just tell us it is not working out for you.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@fungabeamoriginal.com with your order number (it starts with FB-).
  2. We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
  3. Send the device back in any protective packaging, with tracking.
  4. Once it arrives we issue the refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What is refunded

  • The full price of the device or bundle.
  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
  • The Package Protection add-on is non-refundable once the parcel has shipped.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your device arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at our cost — you will not need to pay return postage.

Cancelling before dispatch

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible, as we usually pack within 1-2 business days.
