Standard warranty
Every FungaBeam comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, covering the LEDs, the internal electronics and the USB cable. If the device stops working through normal use in that period, we replace it.
The standard warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, drops, or damage from using a third-party power supply outside the stated rating.
FungaBeam Coverage ($9.95)
The optional Coverage plan you can add at checkout extends protection to:
- 2 years of accidental damage cover, including drops and liquid damage
- Free replacement parts and cables
- Express swap-outs instead of waiting on a repair
Making a claim
- Email support@fungabeamoriginal.com with your order number and a short description of the fault.
- Attach a photo or short video if the problem is visible.
- We confirm the claim within one business day and arrange a replacement.
Warranty vs returns
The warranty covers faults. If you simply want your money back because the device is not for you, use the 30-day money-back guarantee instead.
