Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- United States: typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland: typically 5-10 business days.
- Australia and New Zealand: typically 6-12 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and peak seasons can add a few days.
Tracking
You will get an order confirmation by email straight after checkout, and a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first scan.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties or local taxes outside the United States are the responsibility of the recipient, where they apply. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
Wrong address or a missing parcel
Email support@fungabeamoriginal.com as soon as you notice a problem. If your order has not been dispatched we can correct the address. If tracking has stalled for more than 7 days, contact us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Package Protection
The optional Package Protection add-on at checkout covers loss, theft or damage in transit with a free replacement shipment, no investigation required.
